My Best Buddy is gone

Early Saturday my Uncle Lee passed away. I love him so and miss him terribly. We had talked about me meeting up with him after he died, at Platt park across from where he grew up.  I was in Denver so went to the old hood. I put a cookie & cigarette on the window sill of Grandpa's old garage. After walking around the house through the alley, I went over to the park and found this tree to leave more offerings. I sat there and cried for a couple of hours. It was nearly 70 degrees on Saturday. I didn't necessarily feel any of the Keithly's with me, but I think they surely were tending space with me. Glad you're with your soul mate again Lee.
