Destiny vs. Fate in Relationships

I believe in Destiny but not Fate when it comes to people in my life. Destiny has a hand in offering an opportunity to engage in an interaction of growth. A gift offered. If that opportunity is not embraced then the gift and life lessons may simply be offered to someone else who is ready to embrace the forward momentum. There is no gauge as to the level of engagement needed to stay in the game, but if someone is unwilling to even look at the cards, they forfeit the opportunity to draw a winning hand.
